Duck Phat is an organic cafe and restaurant located in Chatswood, Sydney.
Owned and operated by Chef Huey, a young and upcoming Chef who trained at Le Cordon Bleu, you will find an assortment of modern european food.
Huey grew up on a farm in far north Queensland and opened Duck Phat hoping to inspire people to eat organically.
Having frequently travelled with his parents to Europe and America, Huey developed a love for eating and more so cooking. He’s passionate about using fresh, certified organic produce along with a creative flare, which results in a warm and enjoyable culinary experience for all.
Available to order in the mornings are breakfast meals such as Eggs Benedict and French Toast. In the evenings: Eye Fillet, Crispy Chicken, Risotto, Salad and Chips.
Catering and delivery is available Tuesdays to Sundays. The restaurant is closed on Mondays and Tuesdays.
